GUARANTEED
As a Seller, how much do you REALLY know about your home? When you list your "old" home with me, we buy the Home Inspection in advance! Heres how that works: As the Seller, you pay for the home inspection and I will refund you for that cost once the home sells and closes. It is essentially FREE to you, the Seller.
In order to qualify for the Certified ReSale Home program, we need to get a pre-listing home inspection. Your home will come with the transparency Buyer's are looking for, with no fears. This is an added feature to sell your home faster and at a higher amount. Your responsibility to disclose defects and your liability becomes transparent. You get the binder showing Buyer's what they are getting into. Buyer's are encouraged to purchase without the fear of the unknown. Your selling price is higher because there are no more negotiations to lower the price once the home inspection is done. It is done in advance, it does not become a condition of the sale, the closing will be smooth. The Buyer's appreciate the independent analysis and your home becomes more appealing to Buyers.
INSURED
With my Certified Resale Home program, your home becomes more enticing to a Buyer. That's because the home is guaranteed for certain defects up to $20,000. One of the qualifications the program requires is a pre-listing home inspection. Here's how that works. As the Seller, you initiall pay for the inspection and I will refund the cost to you once the property is listed, sold and closed.
